1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing WosGift, creating an account, or using a service feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are a minor where you live, use WosGift only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

2. About WosGift

WosGift is an independent, unofficial fan service for Whiteout Survival players. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the game publisher. Game names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The service may provide guides, reference data, account features, gift-code listings, redemption tools, automated redemption, and email notifications. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued as the service develops.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

WosGift may support password, Google, and Passkey sign-in. Access to an external sign-in provider is also subject to that provider’s terms and availability.

• Do not share authentication links, passwords, or devices that can approve a Passkey sign-in with an unauthorized person.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account or email address has been compromised.
• Do not create accounts using an email address or identity that you are not authorized to use.

4. Gift-code redemption and game information

When you submit a character ID, kingdom number, or gift code, you authorize WosGift to use that information to request a redemption through the available Whiteout Survival gift-code interface.

Gift-code validity, eligibility, rewards, delivery, and expiration are controlled by the game publisher. WosGift cannot guarantee that a code will work, that a reward will be delivered, or that published information will remain current.

Check character and kingdom details before submitting them. A reward sent to the wrong game character may not be recoverable. Do not submit another person’s character information without authorization.

5. Acceptable use

You may use WosGift only for lawful, personal purposes consistent with these Terms.

• Do not attack, overload, disrupt, probe, or bypass the security or rate limits of WosGift or a connected service.
• Do not use bots, scripts, or bulk requests that interfere with normal operation unless WosGift has expressly authorized them.
• Do not impersonate another person, submit unauthorized game accounts, or use the service for fraud, abuse, or harassment.
• Do not copy, resell, or exploit WosGift content or services in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.

6. Content and intellectual property

Original WosGift site content, code, layout, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal purposes; they do not transfer ownership to you.

Whiteout Survival names, images, game data, and related marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on WosGift identifies the game discussed and does not imply an official relationship.

7. Third-party services

WosGift relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting, email delivery, Google sign-in, analytics, advertising, and the game publisher’s gift-code interface. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

WosGift is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, account actions, or content controlled by a third party.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

WosGift is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, WosGift and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost rewards, game progress, data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, WosGift, connected services, or third parties; to investigate abuse; to comply with law; or to respond to a material violation of these Terms.

You may stop using WosGift at any time. To request account or personal-data deletion, contact us using the address below. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or service integrity.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes may also be announced through the site or by email when appropriate.
