1. Scope and operator

This policy applies to WosGift websites, accounts, gift-code tools, notifications, and related services. References to “WosGift,” “we,” or “us” mean the operator of this independent fan service.

WosGift is not the operator of Whiteout Survival. Information handled directly by the game publisher or another third party is governed by that party’s own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

The information collected depends on the features you use. It may include:

When you choose Sign in with Google, WosGift receives the verified Google email address and provider identifier returned in the Google ID token. We use this information only for authentication, account security, and account synchronization. The current integration does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google APIs, and Google sign-in data is not used for advertising.

• Account information: email address, email-verification status, account dates, password hash, account status, and enabled sign-in methods. WosGift does not store your readable password.
• External authentication information: verified email and provider identifiers from Google, plus Passkey credential identifiers, public keys, counters, and security metadata. WosGift does not receive the private key stored on your device.
• Game-role information: character ID, kingdom number, nickname, furnace level, verification status, and the account-to-character relationship when available.
• Service records: VIP status, automatic-redemption preference, submitted gift codes, redemption requests, results, history, email-delivery status, and related timestamps.
• Technical information: IP address, browser or device information, user agent, request time, pages viewed, referring page, language choice, server logs, and security events.
• Cookie and advertising information: authentication and language cookies, plus analytics, device, advertising, and interaction data processed by Google Analytics and Google AdSense.

3. Sources of information

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from authentication providers you choose, and from the Whiteout Survival gift-code interface when a redemption is requested.

If you submit information about a game character, you are responsible for having authority to use that information with WosGift.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate, protect, and improve WosGift, including to:

• Create and authenticate accounts, verify email addresses, and support password, Google, and Passkey sign-in.
• Register game characters, submit gift-code redemptions, prevent duplicate work, show results, and provide automatic-redemption features.
• Send verification, redemption-result, VIP, security, and service messages.
• Remember language preferences and maintain signed-in sessions.
• Measure site usage, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, enforce limits, secure the service, and maintain audit records.
• Display and measure advertising, understand site performance, and improve content and features.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests from authorities or affected users.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

WosGift uses an HttpOnly authentication cookie to keep an account signed in. Its current maximum lifetime is 30 days. A language-preference cookie may be stored for up to one year. Security or infrastructure providers may also use necessary cookies or similar technologies.

Google Analytics helps measure site use, and Google AdSense loads and measures advertising. Google may process cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, browsing activity, and ad-interaction data under its own policies. Available controls depend on your browser, device, region, and Google settings.

Blocking cookies may affect sign-in, language selection, analytics, advertising, or other site features.

6. How information is shared

We share information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including with:

• Hosting, content-delivery, database, security, and infrastructure providers that operate WosGift systems.
• Google for sign-in, analytics, and advertising services when those features are used or loaded.
• Email-delivery providers for verification, redemption, VIP, security, and service messages.
• The Whiteout Survival gift-code interface, which receives the character ID, kingdom number, gift code, and request data needed to attempt a redemption.
• Professional advisers, service operators, or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, comply with law, or complete a business transition.

7. International processing

WosGift serves players in multiple countries. Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including where WosGift or its service providers operate infrastructure.

Data-protection rules may differ between countries. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information during processing and transfer.

8. Retention

We retain account and service information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide WosGift, maintain redemption integrity, secure the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary by data type. Authentication ceremonies and verification tokens expire; account, role, redemption, security, email, and backup records may remain longer where needed for the purposes above. Deletion from backups and logs may follow their normal rotation cycles.

9. Security

We use measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, HttpOnly authentication cookies, access controls, expiring authentication ceremonies, and separation between browser, application, and worker credentials.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should use a unique password, secure your email account and devices, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about the handling of your personal data.

You can sign out, disable automatic redemption, remove game-role bindings through available account controls, adjust browser cookie settings, or change relevant Google privacy and advertising settings. 11. Children’s privacy

WosGift is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from a child who cannot legally consent to the relevant processing. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information without appropriate permission should contact us.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when WosGift, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be announced through the site or by email when appropriate.
