Instant Redemption Rules

  1. Each code can be redeemed once per character. Do not redeem the same code twice.
  2. Double-check your character ID and kingdom number. Rewards cannot be recovered or transferred once sent.
  3. Rewards are delivered via in-game mail after a successful redemption.
  4. Codes can expire at any time, so redeem them while they are still active.

How do I redeem Whiteout Survival gift codes?

Copy an active code from the list above, enter your Player ID and kingdom number, and submit. Rewards are delivered to your in-game mailbox.

Can I redeem codes on iOS without the in-game redemption page?

Yes. WosGift submits codes through the official redemption interface, so it works on any device, including iOS. Only your Player ID and kingdom number are needed — no game login required.

Where can I find my Player ID?

Open Whiteout Survival and tap your avatar in the top-left corner; your Player ID is shown on your profile page.

Why did a gift code fail to redeem?

The code may have expired, may already have been claimed once by your account, or may not match your server version. New codes are added as soon as they are announced.

Is WosGift auto redemption free?

Auto redemption currently requires no payment.

How quickly are new gift codes redeemed?

Verified new codes enter the redemption queue immediately.

How many characters can I bind?

Each successful invite adds 30 VIP days and 1 character slot, up to 10 slots.

What happens when my VIP expires?

New users receive 30 days of VIP; sign in again after expiry to reactivate it.
